Celebrate an amazing season of football and cheerleading with us! Join fellow athletes, families, and coaches for an evening of awards, fun, and memories to honor all the hard work and team spirit that made this season special.

Doors open at 4:30pm. Banquet begins at 5:00pm.

Banquet sign up will close on November 21st.

Times are estimates- once one team finishes their awards, the next will begin.

4:30pm: Doors Open (Enter by tennis courts)

5:00pm: Opening Remarks & Retirement Jersey Presentation

5:30pm-5:50pm Peewee Football Awards

5:50pm-6:10pm: Freshman Football Awards

6:10pm-6:30pm: JV Football Awards

(Cheerleaders & their families will enjoy dinner in the cafeteria during Football awards)

6:30pm-6:50pm: Peewee Cheer

6:50pm-7:10pm: Freshman Cheer

7:10pm-7:30pm: JV Cheer

(Football Players & their families will enjoy dinner in the cafeteria during cheer awards).

The gym will be open for kids to run around and play with their friends between dinner & awards.

Banquet Cost

2025 EMW Football Players & Cheerleaders are free.

Parents & Children 5+ that did not participate in our program are an additional fee.

Q : What do we wear?

A: Football Players will wear their Jerseys! Cheerleaders like to dress cute but casual. This is a casual event!

Q: How will my tickets be delievered to me?

A: Tickets will not be issued. You will be checked in under the name of the athlete you registered under when you arrive.
