Please note our policy has been and is that we do not give refunds (due to operation costs just to be on the field).
Items Needed
1. Birth Certificate for upload
2. Photo of athlete for upload, must be in JPEG, JPG, PNG, or BMP format
3. Yearly physical if available for upload
4. Dr. Name and phone number, you may enter none
5. Dentist name and phone number, you may enter none
6. Insurance information
** You will be able to upload the athletes Birth Certificate and Physical after you have completed the online registration process.
Registration Costs
1. One Football athlete is $225.00, Cheerleading is $175.00. Discounts available for families with multiple athletes.
2. EMW will once again be offering a payment plan option at no additional cost, 25% of the total will be due at time of registration, a second payment of 25% will be charged on 5/1/2024, and third payment of 25% will be charged on 6/1/2024 and a final payment of 25% will be charged on 7/1/2024.
4. If your athlete is new to cheerleading please plan on purchasing white sneakers, warm ups
Instructions
Once signed into Crossbar you will need to choose the programs that you would like to register your athlete for. Your athlete's age is determined as of September 1. Please select the program that aligns with your child’s birthdate and or grade for cheerleading. Please remember your athletes age is determined as of September 1.
